So it's been awhile...
I can't even remember what my last post was about. Right now I have been back to Finland almost two years. A lot has happened in that time. Biggest things probably are that I got into a school and that I'm an aunt now.
Let's do a little recap here,
I started my Au Pair journey in April 2016 and I lived in New Jersey for one year. Then I moved to Colorado where I lived 9 months (10 if you count the travel month). That time was the best time of my life and I don't regret a second of it. I don't even want to think where I would be right now if I hadn't done this. I love who I became while living in the US.
My last months in US went by fast and writing a blog wasn't the first thing in my mind. Forming new friendships and creating memories took a bigger place in my mind over spending time to write this blog, which probably is understandable. After coming back to Finland I became a Cultural Care Au Pair Ambassador, I have taken part in the Buddy program, where au pairs that haven't left their home countries yet can ask questions from the au pairs that have returned back to their home countries.
The last year I have been studying international sales and marketing, at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences. My days are full of things related to my studies, and I work at a hair saloon when ever they need me and my school schedule allows it. I'm thinking about starting another blog about my studies, we'll see if that happens.
This is it, no more new blogs to this one, maybe I'll create the new blog during the Christmas break from school.
